Lil Uzi Vert Appears to Respond to Gunner Stahl Deluxe Album Criticism

Lil Uzi Vert seems to have taken issue with photographer Gunner Stahl, who suggested that deluxe albums aren’t worthwhile in a pair of deleted tweets. The hip-hop world favorite, who has worked with Uzi in the past among countless other high-profile rappers, even went so far as to say deluxe releases “ruined music.”

“Deluxe albums ruined music,” Stahl wrote in the first of his since-deleted tweets. “Artist: drops album. Artist 0:000002 seconds into the album: DELUXE.” Shortly after, Uzi—who has dropped two deluxe versions of records this year—tweeted, “When it’s all over ….you was just a n***a with a camera [laughing crying emoji].” Like Stahl’s tweets, Uzi deleted what he wrote not long after.

While it was initially unclear if Gunner Stahl was targeting anyone in particular, especially as so many artists have dropped deluxe versions of their projects this year, Uzi left no ambiguity as to who he was

Sinovac’s Covid-19 Vaccine Appears Safe And Prompts ‘Quick’ Immune Response, Study Finds

Topline

New research based on early-stage clinical trials shows promising, yet mixed, results for Sinovac Biotech’s CoronaVac Covid-19 vaccine, which is capable of generating a “quick” immune response in individuals but produced levels of antibodies lower than those recorded in people who had recovered from Covid-19.

Key Facts

While the Phase 1 and 2 clinical trials, which involved over 700 participants and had findings published in a peer-reviewed paper in the Lancet Infectious Diseases medical journal Wednesday, were not designed to test how effective the CoronaVac vaccine might be, the researchers believe it could still provide protection from the novel coronavirus.

Professor Fengcai Zhu, one of the study’s lead authors, believes the early findings make the vaccine “suitable for emergency use during the pandemic.”

China has already approved Sinovac’s vaccine for

Anti-lockdown advocate appears on radio show that has featured Holocaust deniers

One of the three co-authors of a letter that calls for lockdowns to be abandoned in favour of herd immunity has appeared on a radio broadcast that previously featured multiple Holocaust deniers and antisemites.

Dr Martin Kulldorff of Harvard medical school appeared on the Richie Allen Show on 6 October to discuss the letter, described as the Great Barrington declaration, after the Massachusetts town where it was drawn up.

Kulldorff said he agreed to go on the programme because it was important to reach all segments of the population with public health messages. The show was described as an “online platform for antisemitic conspiracy theorists and Holocaust deniers” by Hope not Hate, an organisation that monitors extremist groups.

The controversial proposal was published by a right-leaning American thinktank, the American Institute for Economic Research. It was drawn up by three researchers – Dr Sunetra Gupta of Oxford University, Dr Jay
